Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely with all original materials
- Ship the item back to us using our provided label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, you'll be responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
